Privacy policy

This policy explains how JRM Medical Consulting LLC ("JRM", "we", "us") handles personal information on this website and in our products, including the Kasetra website, web app and mobile apps. If you use Kasetra through your employer, your employer's license agreement with Kasetra also applies.
This website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running.
What our products collect
- Account details: your name, work email, phone number and role, provided by you or by your company's administrator, so you can sign in.
- Business records your company enters: such as cases, products, lot numbers, stock, purchase orders, invoices, payments and commissions. These belong to your company; we process them only to provide the service.
- Sign-in and security records: when and from which device you signed in, used to protect accounts.
- Camera, when you choose to scan: the mobile app uses your camera only to read barcodes and labels you point it at. Images aren't stored or sent to us; only the scanned code is used.
- Notifications: if you turn on notifications, we keep a device token so we can send them. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.
Our products are not meant for patient health information, and patient details should not be entered.
How we use it
Only to provide, secure and support the service: signing you in, showing your company's records, sending the emails and notifications the service sends (such as invoices or reminders your company sets up), and answering support requests. We don't sell personal information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run the service for us, under contracts that limit their use of the data: cloud hosting, database and file storage, and email delivery. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Within your company, what each person can see is set by your company's administrator.
How long we keep it
For as long as your company's license is active, and afterwards only as long as your company's agreement or the law requires. When an account is closed, its personal information is deleted or made anonymous, except where records must be kept.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. If your account was set up by your company, we may pass your request to your company's administrator, who manages your account. To delete your Kasetra account, ask your company's administrator or email us.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and sign-ins are protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected customers of a breach as the law requires.
Children
Our products are business tools for adults and are not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell customers about significant changes.
